so what to do: wait and see whether the problem disappears in a week time,if not try a manaul update of a newer update e.g. apparently MS- assistance did not work for you (which is quit common). Windows updater says “corruptionâ€: this looks more serious. – it resets everything to their desired choice: this is not worrying, only nasty and take a lot of time to correct it to your liking. Not that I am such an expert, but I might have some hints for you Now You: Did you update to Windows 10 version 1809? Did you run into any issues doing so?
